I want to activate there now boxes from home
How do I do it

What do you mean, activate Now TV boxes. There is no official Plex app for it. If you are referring to one of the old Now TV boxes, you can sideload Plex Classic for Roku. https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/182451/how-to-install-plex-on-my-now-tv-box-white

I have a Now Tv box
And when I go on the Plex app
When I go to the account it gives me a pin
And then it will access Plex on that box
