how do add my own media to my plex server
that is all i see

Great. So you’re here. Click on gear icon. Take another full screenshot.
Okie dokie. Let try and few things here:
- Sign out of your Plex account from the top right corner.
- Uninstall Plex media server.
- Restart, reinstall. Wait for Plex to run and show you a welcome screen.
Get back to us when you are at 3 if you do not see a welcome screen. Make sure you’re not logged into your account on the browser yet. If necessary clear cookies.
It looks like you can access your server but you’re locked out of the server settings

This will help you unclaim and reclaim the server hopefully getting everything back to normal
I don’t think an uninstall/reinstall will modify the registry items but if you try that make sure not to use any 3rd party uninstallers. That could erase your server completely
