How do I contact a Plex support person?

Is there any way to contact a Plex support person through this forum or is there an email address?
I cannot install Plex on my Mac and need some help to resolve the issue.

A couple questions first, what version of Mac OS are you using? System Preferences/ Security and Privacy/General, have you got allow app set to app store and identified developers?

The iMac I tried installing to is on 10.13.6 and the installation just seems to fail without any obvious error message.
Apps are allowed from App Store and identified developers as in your suggestion.
If I try opening the Plex Media Server executable from within the application package I get the following result:

I have just tried an install on my MacBook Pro running OSX 10.13.3 and this appears to have succeeded - so it may be something in the 10.13.6 update that is causing the problem??

I don’t think so, i would try a full uninstall of Plex and try again with a new installer.

I running 10.13.6 without issue.

Now sorted thanks - copied across the missing log files from an install on my laptop and the server now launches.
