How do I get a refund?

I’m new to plex and bought the lifetime pass as we use plex on all three of our Roku devices.

I’ve been through a lot of UI changes from every web based software platform to smart phones. But this is absolute garbage. How is there no way to use a “classic” or “legacy” version ?

I might be within my 30 day dispute window with my cc. This won’t fly. I emailed customer service and they said to complain here. SO HERES MY COMPLAINT. :poop:

If you want to complain, post here. If you want a refund, write back to customer support. If you recently bought the Plex Pass, they are usually good about refunds, but be clear.

“Fix the app or give me a refund” is not clear.

Contact Plex Billing. Use the Billing Questions link at the bottom of the page.

It’s actually very clear. And if you read my post I didn’t say fix the app did I? I want an option to revert. Yikes. Work on your reading comprehension.

Your title is about getting a refund, then you end your post saying you came here to complain.

Yes, I am confused.

You’ll be ok. I promise. Night night.

Many people are frustrated with the new Roku app/channel and are expressing such on the forum. Please feel free to do so. Still, please keep your posts civil and in line with the forum guidelines.

Regarding reverting to the prior version of the Roku app, Plex has no current plans to do so. Please see the second paragraph of this post: Roku New Experience Release Update.

If you wish to pursue a refund, nobody on the forum can assist with that process. As mentioned above, contact the Plex billing department via the Billing Questions link at the bottom of the page. Remember that while they did not create the situation, they are the ones who can resolve it for you. Your prospects for a positive outcome improve if you approach them in a calm, courteous, and professional manner.

I may be a little outside my 30 day window (purchased lifetime in March of 2015)… but can I get a refund as well?
