Hi I subscribe to plex so but when I go into my server setting it’s not showing the live tv and dvr tab what should I do I updated the Plex Media Server already but still not showing the live tv and dvr please help me?

Don’t know but whatever the Nvidia Shield says but I will check when I’m at home
The shield ships with an old version that is pre DVR &Live TV. You need to login to your google play store account, find the Plex Media Server software and install.
What version should it be on cause I have two Nvidia Shield should disable both Plex and Plex Media Server and enable it again?
Whichever you are wanting to function as your Plex Media Server make sure it has the latest version available for the Shield which is 1.13.0.5023. The other Shield you can uninstall the Plex Media Server software as it would not be needed.

Yes software for the shield is installed from the google play store. I login from a computer web browser to do the installs.
My version I just updated it and its version is 6.17.0.4824 is that right?
That is the current Plex Player software for the Shield.
