I currently downloaded your app to my PS4 and subscribed. Verified my account through email and I am able to log in but on my phone but when it comes to the PS4 it says that it couldn’t find a media server. How do I go about using my new app to its full potential? I live in Germany on a U.S Military installation if this is part of the problem.
You download the free Plex Media Server ( https://plex.tv/downloads ) to your computer and configure it to catalog your video/music/video files on that computer to stream to the various player apps like the Plex for Playstation app. A Plex Pass subscription is not required
Plex is not a content provider like Netflix
