Plex on PS4 : No media server found

Hi there !

I installed a plex media server on a NAS Synology. I can stream video using my iPhone with the app Plex without any issue.
I installed the app on my PS4 which is on the same network. I used the 4 character code to link the PS4 with my plex server, that seemed to work as I had a “all is set” message on the PS4 screen. Then the app reloaded on the PS4 and I have the message “No media server found”.

Can anyone help ?

The same problem. Yesterday everything was ok but today the plex app does not find the server.
