Hi, need some help.
My Western Digital My Cloud Home did an update yesterday and I can’t access the media on there via plex now.
I can see the files etc in windows explorer but nothing is appearing in Plex.
I have done a fresh install of plex medi server for windows, used the web brower and still not even showing.
I have tried to following the instructions but when it says go into setting then server…i don’t even have that option. Click settings and this opens up;
i can’t seem to find where I can claim my My Cloud Home server.
Any advice?
