How do I petition to add an (existing) language to the Plex Agent dropdown?

First, it’s important to note that there’s about half a dozen places in Plex Server and Plex Player where you can set a language preference, and they all do different things. This is usually a good thing, however what’s less good is that almost every one of those places has a different list of languages to choose from.

So I’m asking specifically about the new Plex Movie scanner agent, but I suppose this goes for any one of these language selection dropdowns. If there’s a language that’s already implemented in 75% of Plex, and is already present on TMDB and TVDB, but simply isn’t an option in the agent dropdown (in my case the language is Croatian, but there are plenty others)…

…where should I request or upvote a request that this language be added?
