I need help resetting the plex
What exactly are you going to reset?
A Plex Media Server, a client, some account specific settings…?
I want to return everything to the starting point as if it was snapping for the first time

I read in the article that in the case of NAS servers it would be recommended to use the server uninstaller but that not all cases would erase all the data so I’ll have to wait to see if anyone knows how to do this on a QNAP NAS server
I happen to know a little bit about QNAP 
But before I answer your question, then please spell out what you mean about “reset the plex”
Like:
- I want to erase everything about plex on my QNAP, but leave my medias intact?
- If above, then why?
- If you have troubles, tell us, and we might be able to fix those, so you don’t use sharing rights, view status etc.
- Anything else causing you to wanna reset?
well the case is I’m trying to organize my anime library and I’m having difficulty because in some cases the seasons are separated as different animes instead of grouping and I try to reconfigure the folders to see if there’s any change when I update the library it doesn’t change I’m forced to create another library in the same folder to see the change and it still doesn’t correct in the folder I do it the way people tell me in this forum but it didn’t solve it
