Plex marketing emails even though I've unsubscribed

So I’ve seen several topics across plex’s lifespan on this issue, and now it’s my turn. despite having never been subscribed (to my knowledge) to either plex marketing emails or the plex newsletter, I am currently receiving emails from plex advertising plex pass. clicking the unsubscribe link takes me to a page which states I’m not currently receiving any marketing communication, but I very clearly am.

all previous topics were resolved by contacting a member of staff who did something behind the scenes to sovle it for them. Does anyone know who I’m supposed to contact to fix this?

Thanks, but no such luck.

only option on there that fits is “support”, which just brings me back here.

It shows me a contact form.

As mentioned above, BigWheel got in touch and apparently it should be fixed now, thanks for the help people.
