I’ve followed as many of the directions on this page as I can:

However there are many broken images that prevent me from being able to fully understand if I might be missing something.
FYI, I don’t have Plex Pass. Do I need it to enable previews for movies? I’m not looking for locally stored trailers–I’m wondering if any can be pulled from the web for the movies Plex has identified.
A lot of the forums and the page above reference an Extras section. I don’t see that either.
