Yes Yes Yes +1000 for me on all that. Could not have said it any better. Please implement this feature, it’s time. I have a lot of content it’s hard to remember what I have let alone recommend to my friends. Everyone’s different, would love to be able to make lists for people to check out

Have used the webtool because of it not being implemented. Only had to move a the films in the right order (MCU all phases)

You can use the collections feature and order by release date. This is also useful for any other collection such as DCEU, Lord of the Rings Trilogy etc.
Anyhow, +1 for shared playlists in general.
+1. Funny, how sometimes you think you’re the only one thinking of something… But alas I am not.
+1. Seems silly this request has been out for so many years and even worse that there doesn’t seem to be much in terms of response.
I mean, I guess the complexity may be that a playlist can span multiple libraries and there may be an authorization conflict (i.e., you share Library A with the user in question but you don’t share Library B… should you be able to share Playlist Z with that user even though it has content from both Library A and Library B?)…
+1. Just want to add my voice here, it seems ridiculous that I can’t create a music playlist and share it with other users. I can’t believe this feature request has lasted 5 years now.
Its been a while and alot of people have requested this. Can we at least get a status update on whether or not this is on a roadmap somewhere? I would really very badly like this feature
This is what I have been doing. It’s a great feature and my friends are all very happy I can now share my play lists with them as I spend many hours researching and creating them. I wish there were a direct way to edit the play lists…(move files around in it.) I have noticed that there are times when I am moving a file added (number 740 in the list) to it’s new home at number 110 that aside from taking forever (do this with 70 files …yeah…exactly!!!) there are times it simply doesn’t move. You can spend 4 minutes dragging it to it’s new home…and when you let go, it’s no where to be found. Sometimes it is still where it was…and sometimes it simply jumped off your mouse somewhere…now you have to go find it. Been there…done that…WAY TOO MANY TIMES!!! 
But, that’s another topic!!!
Perhaps the most requested feature and no one from dev is even replying… come on guys!
Plex rarely comments on requested features so I wouldn’t expect otherwise in this particular case.
Plex doesn’t publicly post roadmaps and very rarely if ever announces new features in advance.

Idk if this is in the works but I would like playlist sharing as well!

I want to create a Marvel playlist so that the movies are in chronological order. In a collection I only have the option for sort by title or release date.
Why when creating the playlist is it locked to the profile I create it in? Surely this should be possible to delegate and share to friends and home users. 
Please consider this option as HIGH PRIORITY as the usages for playlists are HUGE.
Another +1 for playlist sharing. Spent time making some playlists with lower bitrate libraries for friends only to realise that they can’t see any playlists

Ok so I see I’m not the only one that wants this feature… But seeing how long people have been asking for it and sharing playlist is still not a feature is dishearting. Plex please make this a reality.
