Certain number of seconds? % complete?
Also, it appears that “times skipped” doesn’t start at 0? Maybe N/A or something? A filter for that at 0 returns almost no tracks, but “Track Last Skipped” forever ago does the trick. That’s odd? I mean these two have opposite results on a new library (the former being few/none and the latter being most/all):
