Where do I pay?
Plex never plays commercials before/while/after playing your personal content.
Plex does play commercials when streaming the free online tv shows and movies. Those commercials cannot be disabled. They are part of the free service.
If desired, you can disable the online services in the Online Media Sources area of your account settings.
Figured it out. The “number of movie trailers to pay before movie” setting had been set to 1 for some reason. Must have been an update or something. All fixed!
