So the new Plex app with all the great streaming movies and brew ha ha and… How the heck do I bypass all this crap and access my media server on the new updated app. I see no option for my media only lots and lots of Plex pushed media.

To unpin something from the home screen focus on that source/library then move left to focus on that source/library options menu ( the dots). select the menu with the dots and choose “unpin from home screen”
Unpin Discover from your sidebar if you don’t want it on home screen.
for Online Media Sources like Podcasts you can unpin or disable here https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/online-media-sources
Pin the libraries you want from your server on home screen from the “More” menu.
Sorry, referring to the Fire TV Plex app, thought I tagged it in original post. No options in t fire tv app to access my media server library
those instructions were for the Fire TV app. it is the same for all our TV apps.
So when you hit MORE on the side bar of home screen you don’t see your server listed at all?
do you see setting at the bottom of the side bar? Can you check the version number. When you enter settings you should be able to see the version number at the bottom right.
