Using newest version of PMS on W10.
A local OTA station added 3 new channels. I find them on scanning but the drop down box next to them doesn’t contain an entry. This keeps me from adding the channel to my EPG. How do I add it ?

if the new channels are not in your EPG, Plex will not add them to your DVR / Live TV grid.
HI - no the drop down does not have any options for those three new channels. So that means whoever manages the lineup for that market has to add the the three first ? Does that mean I cant tune the channel ?
Update: I contacted schedules direct and someone replied to me that he would make the additions and let me know when it’s complete. I guess that’s how you do it

I signed into my account. On scheduled ire the.com. Edited my line up. There was a place to submit corrections or changes. I did that and was contacted by someone there shortly saying they would add the channels and let me know when it was done. That’s it.

I need your zip code and guide/lineup name selected during DVR setup To check for this error and submit it to our epg provider to get the channels added
