How to add local plex media server?

Hi. I’m at a new computer and I installed Plex Media Server locally. My system in Ubuntu 20.04.
I ensured that the server is running.
Now when I go to ‘https://app.plex.tv/’ in my browser I don’t see my server anywhere. I opened each and every menu but couldn’t find anything related to this locally running server.
I couldn’t find also any way to add the server.

I have been using Plex for 4 years now and its UI is still a torture. It looks like someone intentionally made it so cryptic…

The initial configuration of the server must be performed from the embedded web client, accessed locally. Instead of using the hosted web client, open a browser on the server and navigate to http://127.0.0.1:32400/web. If you can’t use a browser on the server itself, from another system on the same network, browse to http://[local_ip_address]>:32400/web.
