Hello, I can’t access the server manager after installing everything on my vps.

You need to access the Plex Media Server “locally” to complete the installation (in particular to link it to your Plex account).

The two most common options for that are

  1. open the embedded version of Plex Web of your server through a SSH tunnel
  2. opening http://127.0.0.1:32400/web from within a remote desktop session
