How to configure the Apple TV Plex app to default to playing 4K video content in Original Quality?

Player Version#: 8.16 (running on an Apple TV 4K with version 16.3.2 of tvOS)

Hi

Whenever I play 4K content from my Plex Server on my Apple TV 4K (connected to an LG 4K TV), the Playback Setting always defaults to the “Convert Automatically” Quality setting which results in buffering. However, if I change the setting to “Play Original Quality”, playback commences immediately with no buffering at all.

Accordingly, I would like to know how I can make “Convert Automatically” the default quality setting under Playback Settings to remove the annoyance of having to do this each time I watch 4K content.
