With the last version of plex web, there is a new feature that allows us to control subtitle offset during playback. But I don’t find where is this feature and how use it ?
Someone here knows more about it ?
Changing the offset for subtitles only works with external subtitles.
You can change the offset during playback by clicking on the playback settings.
When you click on the gear icon, you can increase/decrease the offset by 50ms (each time you click + or -).

it’s because I don’t have external subtitles I guess
If you take the effort to embed your subtitles into the video container, the same app you use to do the job should also allow you setting the offset for individual audio and subtitle streams. From experience I can tell that MKVToolNix support it for MKV files
