My subtitles are off by about a second. I am in the webbrowser, using PlexWeb. The option to offset subtitles is clearly there. I just can’t use it, why is that greyed out? Is that a setting?
You can only adjust the offset for external, text based subtitles. I suppose this is an internal SRT?

With embedded subtitles you could extract them as a separate file.
Preferably you should be able to adjust the offset right in the file (e.g. using MKVToolNix for MKV files or a similar app for other container formats).
Yes. It’s an internal SRT. So, placing the SRT as seperate file would fix this? That’s helpfull.
