Subtitle offset not working in plex web

Have not used subtitle offset in a while so not sure when the problem was introduced. Have an mp4 file with two srt subtitle files embedded. Both subtitles are showing up in plex web player. Need to adjust offset for one of the subtitles so open settings > subtitles offset but no matter how often I click + or - 50 MS the offset value never changes.

Is this a known problem?

Another issue is that the subtitles show up in the iOS client but once selected no subtitles are shown. Again unsure if this is a known problem or can be solved on my end.

Changing Offset only works with external subtitles.
Extract the faulty sub, and put it beside the video, named exactly the same, save for the file name extension.

If you are using software like https://www.nikse.dk/subtitleedit/ to extract the subtitle, you might as well do it right and repair the subtitle directly and apply an Offset in the file.
