So to be clear, the original issue which did not mention language (which is why I followed this thread - so annoying that I can’t unfollow threads) which later was ‘stated’ to be a language issue by a dev, which purported patch either did not solve, or solved ‘something’ but the issue remains (and possibly not still a language issue), but symptom of mine seems same. OK that’s clear.
I’ll start another thread.
Sorry about not being able to unsubscribe from a thread that you are involved in. This is a limitation of the forum software. Plex is aware of this issue and looking into it.

As you request i did the test to create a Movie Library “bug”. (App set to Portuguese-BR)
Here the info:
Movies Folder
Create a new library… (set to Portuguese)
The only setting that was not used as default was “Localized Items” (I Check that)
After doing this just add the folder and start to scan…
After finish the process i had 2 situations:
1 - Movie “The Revenant” i had artwork and synopsis fine (PT-BR) “O Regresso” … but Movie Title Wrong “O Renascido” (PT-PT)
2 - Movie "Criminal Activities " i had to do it manually (I change to english movie title and app was able to find it)… but i had an incomplete synopsis and the movie title keeps in english. ( I am 99% sure is a TheMovieDB issue).

One last Thing: The TVDB bug is solve in this build As you say the music theme of continnum is ok. The only reason i did not have the serie description is because it was not add it in the TVDB site 
The episodes discriptions were downloaded in english.
Is there a way that i add a Potuguese-BR discription on site?

I don’t know if the TMDB agent is able to handle pt-PT versus pt-BR. This is a fairly new thing in TMDB so Plex may not have adjusted for it yet.
For TheTVDB, if you want to add info, just make and account at TheTVDB.com and add in your edits.

Just try version 1.1.2.2680 and i got another “bug”…
Same movie appears in list twice. I already re-scan and “Plex Dance” and still got the same thing.
For Movies I still have problems with PT-BR
It seems that TVDB bug has been fixed No Problem until now!
