Hello - I’m using an Asustor NAS and normally run Plex with no issues. I’m getting the “Something went wrong An unexpected error occurred” error on some of my libraries. Other help docs say to repair the database. This doc explains the process: https://support.plex.tv/articles/repair-a-corrupted-database/ - But these steps do not seem to work on Asustor (I tried all the linux directions). How do I repair the database on an Asustor NAS running ADM 4.2? I’d prefer not to completely nuke the database and start over.
Thank you for any guidance.

Before you go down that rabbit hole… have you verified there’s actually some database corruption? This should show up in your server logs (e.g. “database malformed” messages).
If you cannot SSH into the NAS to execute the necessary commands you could still shutdown the server, copy the database to your regular desktop, repair it there (e.g. using a temporary PMS install on your desktop) and then transfer it back – while this sounds rather tedious it should work
Miraculously, no sooner did I post this; after messing with it for hours, I did an ADM server update, rebooted the server, and the libraries magically worked again. So, I guess the problem is fixed.
