New server and all Poster art work is cropped how do I fix this ?

You movie library is using ‘Personal Media’ as its default agent.
Which makes the library into a ‘Personal Videos’/‘Other Videos’ type of library.
Edit your library
go to the ‘Advanced’ tab
and set
Scanner= ‘Plex Movie Scanner’
Agent=‘Plex Movie’ or ‘The Movie Database’
