How to fix episode not matching with Plex TV Series agent/scanner?

I have recently added an anime TV series in a library that uses Plex TV Series scanner and Plex TV Series agent. With proper file structure, PMS has matched it to RahXephon successfully. There are 26 episodes in a single season folder Season 01 and 3 more episodes in Speicals folder. The episodes in the Season 01 are fine but it has a strange episode order and naming metadata. I have tried to match it manually using “tvdb-72720” as the name suggested in the " Matching and new Fix Match Search" Section of Migrating a TV library to use the new Plex TV Series Agent/Scanner article. However, it does not change the metadata of the episodes in Specials folder.

The translation of the name of episodes:

  • S00E01 | Pluralitas Concentio | ラーゼフォン 多元変奏曲
  • S00E02 | Intermezzo - Her and Herself – Thatness And Thereness | 間奏曲 「彼女と彼女自身と」
  • S00E03 | The Wings of Recollection -Memory- | 翼の記憶 -Memory-

I have found the solution.

In the [Library Hamburger] / Edit… / Advanced / Episode Ordering option, I have changed it to TheTVDB. The episodes are now correctly match as the source.

I wish it could help fellows encountering similar problems.
