How to get a previous version of PMS for Windows?

Server Version#: 1.15.2.793
Player Version#: 3.83.1

My server is messed up (probably due to a power failure), so I want to restore it from a backup, but my last backup was made before the current version of PMS. Where do I get a previous version of PMS installer? I remember in the past, there was an option to download a previous version from an archive, but I do not see it now. Any ideas?

P.S. The problem I am trying to fix is the “unclaimed server” error. I can see my libraries and play media locally, but remote access is disabled and I cannot turn it on. If I click the option to claim the server, then I get a duplicate instance of the same server and nothing works (I get the “no soup for you” errors, cannot load libraries: even though libraries get displayed, but if I click on a library, it stays on the same screen). Spent 4 hours messing with it and not sure what to do. Hope to get back to the previous version of PMS and restore my Plex app data, but need to get the server installer first.

There’s an updates folder under appdata\local\plex media server\ that contains older versions.

Dang, I deleted the old PMS app data folder, so can’t get it from there.

Okay, I was able to figure out the URLs of the previous versions from this thread: HOWTO DOWNLOAD PREVIOUS PLEX VERSION and this list: https://whatpulse.org/app/plex-media-server . It was so much easier when there was an archived version download option back then. Dear Plex, please bring this option back.
