I have a small collection of YouTube videos I’ve downloaded. I set up a folder for the Plex library and chose “Other video”. Now, with 20 items loaded to the folder on my NAS, I see 26 on my Plex app on my screen. The duplicates shown have different titles but play fine.
What I’d really like is to have the settings so that the titles of the files are shown exactly the same as the files on my NAS, no Plex changing at all.
For what it’s worth, I’ve been using Plex for over a year, and my Movie library and TV library function exactly as I’d like. Movies seem to just work, TV following SxxExx naming convention. Only this 3rd library causing me grief.
