So I bought Plex pass to get the full movie theater experience and being able to play trailers before the movie does not work I have the the amount of trailers I want set to 2 trailers on the app then in the Plex media server setting I have all the trailers turned on I seem to have everything done right but it won’t play i’ve tried it on my iPhone iPad windows PC Apple TV and roku and none of them play the trailers before the movie i’ve also refreshed all metadata and all my movies have trailers for them through Plex pass I don’t know what to do now seems like it should work fine but it’s not working at all anything that could help would be appreciated thank you
@PaliKinGi think you are doing something wrong, because on my side they always worked after i got my plex pass.
on your PMS > extras chose cinema trailers from (all movies) and i have ticked only this “Include Cinema Trailers from new and upcoming movies in theatres” also go in your library and press edit there you should have ticked “Enable Cinema Trailers”, then in your plex player you have to chose how many trailers you want to play, i have set my on x2
You have resolved my problem thank you I must have had it turned off in my library so I clicked edit and enable cinema trailers so that solved my problem
