How to have 2 PMS's (Cloud and Local) on same PC / Server

I have had Plex forever. I was very excited about Plex Cloud with ACD, but since that is no more I am trying my own Cloud Media Server. I recently installed Netdrive to mount ACD as local drives and installed PMS on a desktop to see if would be something that would be feasible. So far its working great. What is even cooler is that I have access to both in the “server” drop down. This is basically how Plex cloud was suppose to work.

My problem is I don’t want 2 dedicated PC’s for Plex. I want my family and I to use the cloud I am creating and have the local drives as a backup only. I have this with 2 PC’s, but how can I do it with one. Plex already has it with Plex Cloud is there an app or hack I can use to do the same for myself… :)) :-t :((

I don’t think you can, because there is no way to change the port, 32400, that Plex listens on. Nor is there a way to bind Plex to a single interface.

Cheers.

If you mount the cloud storage as a local drive there is no need to set up a separate server.
Simply create more libraries.
If you e.g. have one movie library now which points to your local storage, create a second movie library and point it to your cloud storage.
Then share only the cloud drive.

BUT:
This will not gain you any advantage - in fact it is worse than your current situation. If the Plex server is still in your home network, then the data flow will still be
Cloud Storage -> Your home Plex Server -> clients
so if your external clients stream media, this will tax your internet connection doubly
