how to I accept/reject answers to my posts

I’m trying to get help on a new problem, but I get the window telling me “…Make sure you accept/reject the answers.” PLEX help procedures are so complex, I can’t even figure out how to do this so that I can make a new posting. Can someone help this non-techie?

This pop-up window has a link in it. If you click on it, it will take you to the appropriate forum thread.
Once you are in there, you’ll see a link under each single post - asking whether this post has the answer to your question. Click on either Yes or No.

Thanks, OttoKerner, I’ve tried that and I see a blank screen for a reply to my original post. I can’t get rid of it, And I don’t get the Yes/NO buttons.

Thanks, OttoKerner, but when I click on that link and go to my original
post, I get a empty REPLY type window which I can’t get rid of.

What kind of blank screen?
Can you take a screenshot?
You should be seeing the thread. If you scroll upwards, you should see all the previous posts, including the yes/no links.

Duh! I think I see it now. I tried to “POST” and didn’t get the nag screen
so I can’t replicate what I saw.
