How to make 'recently released episodes' bettter

So now and then a show will come out, which is one entire season in go. When I add such shows to Plex, which have just recently aired, the recently released episodes shows every single episode of that show, hiding anything else recently added…
Why does this not just group it as a season like ‘recently added shows’.

It ruins the experience a little for when browsing. Is there anyway to get Plex to behave differently in such a situation?

I agree it would be better if “recently released episodes” icons were grouped.

There is a usability issue they would have to figure out, though. What happens if you click on a group like that?

Well, I’d say you go to the season, with the first unwatched episode in focus.

But what if there are new episodes from more than one season? I guess you focus on the first unwatched, but you could argue otherwise.

If there is one thing I know, it’s that there’s never a perfect solution and someone’s always going to be furious about any change.
