I have been using PMS for long time and I always used the update button on the Admin panel. Today I saw PLEX has a 64bit version of PMS. Currently I’m on PMS 32bit version.
Can you please explain me how to migrate from 32bit to 64bit without any data lost?

Download and install the 64 bit version.
The installer will recognize and remove the 32 bit version.
It affects only the program, not the Plex Data Folder.
If you wish, you can make a copy of the Plex Database. It is the \Plug-in Support\Databases folder in the Plex Data Folder (stop Plex before copying the db).
Note: This works for PMS initially downloaded from plex.tv. I do not know if it works when PMS is installed via the Microsoft Store.
