I created (2) .iso files for Superman The Animated Series, one for Disc 1 and the other for Disc 2. When I go to run them through HandBrake each file only shows 1 track about 9 hours long. I could create 2 .mkv files and combine them into 1 file that will be about 18 hours long. I would like to put this file in my TV Shows but I’m not certain how to name it since there aren’t individual tracks for each episode. Any suggestions?
ISO files are not supported in Plex.
If you put all episodes into one file, you have no way to start playback at a certain episode, since Plex doesn’t know where the episodes change.
If you still want to try it, the file would be named
/tv shows
/Superman The Animated Series
/Season 01
Superman The Animated Series - s01e01-e13.mkv

However:
If you can determine the timestamps at which episodes change, you can use MKVtoolnix to split your file into the 13 separate episodes.

Alternately, there are probably chapter breaks in the file. Load it up in VLC or MPC-HC something to figure out which chapters the episodes start on and use Split mode: before chapters. In MPC-HC, page down skips directly to the next chapter (page up for previous).
Thanks. I wound up running the ISO files through a VLC Player and was able to determine which chapters corresponded to the episodes. Then I could get the correct episodes in HandBrake and convert to seperate MKV files. Learning new things everyday!
