How to Organize Files - Star Trek Picard / Star Trek Short Treks

I am confused on how to name/organize files for Star Trek Picard season 1.

On disk 1 they have an episode of Star Trek Short Treks (which provides the back story) for Season 1. It is a 9 minute episode.

Do I put it under Star Trek Picard. or create a new folder for Star Trek Short Treks?

Where do TMDB and TVDB place that? or is it just a show extra?

I don’t think those are listed as specials (at least I couldn’t find them).

Personally. I would add them as local extras on the season or show level (depending on what clients you use, season-level extras might not show up).

Example 1: Show-Level

TV Shows <- the folder linked to your library
  Star Trek Picard (2020)
    Featurettes
      Short Treks (Season 1).ext
    Season 1
      …
    Season 2
      …

Example 2: Season-Level

TV Shows <- the folder linked to your library
  Star Trek Picard (2020)
    Season 1
      …
      Featurettes
        Short Treks.ext
    Season 2
      …
