I wanted to throw this out there for anyone trying to properly arrange the extras that come with the Star Trek the Original Series DVDs, since I could not find it on here anywhere. Apologies if if is on here and I missed it. These are the ones that come packaged like this:
The movie database has entries for the extras but they are kind of spread out as far as naming goes.

I’m going to assume you already know how to do TV extras. 
Create a “series 00” subdirectory and name your files as follows:
Star Trek - S00E01 - The Cage (original).mp4
Star Trek - S00E02 - The Cage (Extended Version).mp4
Star Trek - S00E07 - To Boldly Go.mp4
Star Trek - S00E09 - Life Beyond Trek-William Shatner.mp4
Star Trek - S00E10 - Reflections On Spock.mp4
Star Trek - S00E11 - Sci Fi Visionaries.mp4
