How to re-import the Writer and Director data on TV Episodes?

I wonder how to re-import the Writer and Director data on TV Episodes? I have noticed over the months I have been using plex that the directors and writers of some episodes disappear. Sometimes both sometimes one. And what is annoying is when there are 2 credits, they will be combined into one. So instead of going in and change hundreds of episodes manually, is there a way to re-import automatically?
