How to re-read my metadata to correct library

Plex on WD MyCloudEx2Ultra NAS with Flac files.

I am unable to correct my library which has 100 + Unknown/Unmatched tracks.

The library was set to Prefer Local Metadata. I have tried manual matching multiple times without success. I have rescanned. I have done the Plex dance.

I have looked at the metadata format. The format is correct.

I just want to re-read my existing metadata.
