How to remove old port forward?

I have an old port forward on my remote access that I would like to remove but I cannot figure out how to do this. "You currently have Remote Access enabled through a manually-specified port. If you wish to disable Remote Access, you will need to remove your manual port forwarding from your router. "

I’m on a new home network and new router. My network does not have any port forwarding at this time.

That just means you’ve checked the “manually specify public port” box.

Uncheck the box and Plex will use UPnP (instead of manual port forwarding) if you enable remote access.

That’s true, I can uncheck the box. My old setting still sits there:
Private 192.168.1.64 : 32400 Public xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx : 0

I guess it’s not important at this time but it is a bit annoying.
