Good afternoon / evening,

Have a request because I really have everything read and have some devices available.

How to report an error in the client player for Samsung platform 4.

Plex on FireTV Sticks work all.
on Samsung SmartTV NU80xx series there have been approx. 2/3 months of problems.
Version 5.87.1 platform 4.

Has the problem with some files that it does not want to restart the movie files, it because man sp active ca 30 Sec. before then the file is played.
How can that be?

At Samsung SmartTV RU80xx Works everything without problem
is also platform 5.

I could close it all,
it is 100% due to the client version for platform 4.

:cry: Please help and update the version for platform 4.
