Both of my Samsung TV's just stopped working, all the other devices (iphones,Ipads work fine)

Both of my Samsung TVs just stopped working. Is there a setting I need to change ? I saw the settings for the security certification issue last year and I have both set to “preffer” to allow insecure connections. Both get the same pop up box that says can not playback media

What is the version of the client?

I show version 1.28.2.6106

I also see 4.87.2 but I think that is the webpage version

That’s the server version, I meant the Samsung Client

So when you say stopped working, can you be a bit more specific?
(Running that app version myself fine)

Everything works like normal but when I hit the play button it looks like it’s going to start the movie but then I get this error below. And both Samsung TVs do it. One is 7ish years old the other is maybe 2

Well, the one that’s 7ish old is most likely running another client :wink:
So please confirm the client version on that

But for your current client, I need the following:

  • In the settings/adv, enable logging to your server
  • Make sure your PMS log level is set to Debug only
  • Reproduce
    • And right after reproducing, upload a zip with the PMS Log

The TV client version from above was for my older Tv. I see 2 PMS folders that where todays date so I zipped both and attached them. Thanks for your help with this.
