I installed Windows 10 today and now my windows shows only the server on my other PC. I cannot setup a new server on the Win10 because it is looking for the old server [as being preferred ] that now does not exist anymore. How do I start out fresh in the Win 10 PC? All my drive letters are different from the Win7 setup.

You need to login via the web app, if your old server is offline you can login to the web ui from plex.tv
Once you’re in (via the web ui), click on settings. Then click on your server name, and click again on the thing that pops up underneath it. You should be in a section called ‘[Your old server name] —General’. Underneath that it should say 'Server signed in as: ’ followed by your plex email address. If you click the sign out button, it should remove your server.
