How to solve indirect server connection?

I reinstalled Plex and now I see this:

What can I do to have it green again?

On your local network? Do you run VLANs? You can add allowed networks in the setting for the sperate lans so Plex knows the are actually local 192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0,192.168.2,0/255.255.255.0 as an example.

Unfortunately my knowledge of these things is zero, I’ve no idea of what a VLAN is.
But I was able to open port 32400 on my router and that seemed to solve the issue.
