How to stop analyzing credits?

I just imported a zillion home movies and Plex is going through them one at a time to Detect Credits…there aren’t any. How do I tell Plex to stop looking? (it’s been going for hours and eating up CPU cycles).

  1. Edit the Library → Advanced → disable credit detection

  2. Stop / restart Plex Media Server

Sorry, I should have been clearer. I don’t want the credit detection turned off for “real” content, just my home movies within the “Other” library. I was actually hoping for just a way to stop the process.

That setting is PER library, Libraries with the other content settings typically don’t have credits so it is safe to disable it for those types of libraries.
