How to stop Plex e-mails

I get marketing e-mails about Plex content two or three times a week. I’ve tried clicking “Unsubscribe,” but I get a response saying I’m not subscribed to any e-mails.

Yet I continue to get these e-mails.

Any idea whom I can contact to get them to stop?

Please inspect the email headers and determine to which address those mails were sent originally.
Compare this address to the one which appears on this page: https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/account

Do the email addresses match?
