No matter what I do, i get the toast message to go accept/reject answers, which i actually can’t do when i look at the thread. Is there a bug with the forum system?
when accessing your thread (like this one) and there’s a new reply (like this one), you should see a small section at the end of the reply allowing you to choose if this answers your question or not. Works fine for me but I don’t have any open replies to show you a screenshot :S.
by clicking the “this didn’t answer my question” button, your post will show up in the “Unanswered” section again – also indicating to others that while there’s 100 replies, you’re still looking for help.
Also, in the future you may want to avoid using “Ask a Question” but rather, even for questions, use the drop down menu to change it to “Start a discussion.” That is what I do as I detest the boards messages intruding constantly in my browsing or typing.

I’m not sure if you understand what I meant. I’m referring to the post that i can’t mark as answered, which is my point of this thread.
Generally when a thread reaches 10 pages an employee usually stumbles over it on his way somewhere else (to hide). You’ve got a ways to go, but here’s another post for your cause…

I converted your other thread to a regular ‘discussion’.
The nagging should stop now.
This issue sometimes appears when a ‘question’ thread had previously no answers
and then the first answer got deleted (e.g. because it was spam).
Then the Vanilla forum loses its mind.
