How to Submit a Transponder List for Update for Nvidia Shield Users?

Is there a possibility to submit the transponder list for update?
I live in Austria and have Kabelplus (Kabelsignal).
According to the transponder list it is listed as a Kabelsignal.
However, the transponder list is no longer up-to-date, only 30 of 42 transponders are scanned.
Therefore some stations are missing since Kabelplus has changed some Transponders.

On the PC I can update the transponder list myself but not on my Nvidia Shield because the system data is not accessible without root the system.

Its not an EPG Error but i try to report the Missing Transponders there.
