How to use the new "Share with Friends" button on a movie page?

Today I noticed a new feature for the webOS plex app. On a movie (or tv show) page, a new share with friends button is front and center.

I tried entering one of my shared libraries and sharing with a friend I know has access to that library, but when I do I get the error message “User is missing role!” followed by 73609331/199215cfcbc0abfa.

I get a similar error when trying to share from a library not shared with this user.

I made the assumption that this was a shortcut for the “Watch Together” feature. My question is, if it is, is this just a bug? More -> Watch Together works just fine. If it is a different feature, what is it? I didn’t see anything in the changelog nor could I find any docs about it after a bit of searching.

Not related to Watch Together. It is for sharing/recommending info about the item and sending the friend a message as part of Discover Together. like “hey this movie is good” .

You have to enable the feature for your account if you have not yet.

If you are not part of Discover Together Beta the option should be gone now.

Odd. Well, rebooting a few times made it disappear. Thanks!
