I have previously bound a Tidal account, but the subscription to this bound Tidal account has expired. I have two Tidal accounts and I don’t know which one to recharge to. Therefore, I would like to know where to check what Tidal account the current Plex account is bound to. Thank you!
I believe there is a plan to redesign that on the linking page at https://clients.plex.tv/users/other-services to show that info but I don’t think there is way currently. You might try contacting our billing dept who may be able to verify you and look up that info.

Have you disabled DRM support in your browser? Is that a web browser?
Thank you very much for your reminder. The TV and mobile devices can now play normally, but the DRM error is still reported after enabling PlayReady DRM for Windows and Wideline DRM in Edge. May I ask what settings Plex needs to make to play Tidal audio in Edge browser? Thank you
have you tried with our dedicated windows app?
possibly this setting in Edge browser.
